Your XPLORA phone number can be found in your personal XPLORA page. You will find the link in the shipping confirmation, next to the button for the tracking link.
However, sometimes your mail provider might have rejected our e-mail or marked it as spam, so that the e-mail doesn't show up in your inbox. If your watch has arrived, but you haven't received the shipping confirmation, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please make sure to include your order number or subscription number in the e-mail.
